И пожалуй оставлю отзыв о качестве оправы для очков. Заказывали в Vidi оптике на Молодежке, но у них нет странички на карте, а так как контора одна , то и качество оправы одно.
Получили очки в конце сентября. Ребёнок носил их как обычно и это не первые ее очки и я всю жизнь в очках, есть с чем сравнить. Дело в том, что уже в декабре мы обнаружили, что оправа начала ржаветь. К отзыву прикреплю фото очков по состоянию на сегодня (14.02.2019).
Сегодня были в оптике. Осмотрели очки и сказали, что такого не видели ещё. Спрашивали, мол может ребёнок попал под дождь ( у меня никогда такого не было с очками после дождя 🤔) или растворителем для ногтей ребёнок задел (ребёнку 8 лет и он не пользуется растворителем)? Я уточнила можно ли почистить их, но мне сказали , что это не возможно т.к. снимится дальше краска, которая итак “лущится”. На том и разошлись.
Вопрос:
Есть ли гарантия на оправы и можно ли что-то с этим сделать.
